Driving Schools in Doha

I am here in Qatar for past 8 months and hve been for couple of years in other GCC states as well. I would like to bring a small concern to all QLites though many of us would have come across..

The traffic police system in GCC is of very high class and could be rated as best in the region, no doubt about it, but some of my friends who were in the process of getting Driver's Licences hve faced some situations where in the driving school staff / instructors demanding huge money to get Licenses in a short cut method.

I think the authorities are not involved in this but only the school staff are capitalizing the demand Vs Supply....

Do we have any influential QLite who can take up this sensitive issue to the concerned authority?
