NOC

I recently started work with an employer who have not fulfilled their side of the contract! I've only been with them a few months, and I'd like to know the possibility of me changing over to another company-as I very much doubt they will give me an NOC. Is it possible? How about if I worked under a private visa- could I do that? I have a few Qatari friends who are willing to sponsor me, could I get out of it that way??

Any idea what if I will enter to a compromise that I will resign as a full time accountant but still handle the accounts of my current employer as part time up to the time I completed my one year (and pay whatever amount they spent in bringing me up here in Doha) since the volume of transactions does not need a full time. I just feel that I am useless and I can use my skills and knowledge to still better advantage.

Thanks

I work in the recruitment dept. of a big company in Qatar.

You cannot transfer sponsorship unless you have completed minimum 1 year with your current sponsor.

Whether the company will give you NOC or not, this is up to the company, even if you complain it will not help, only the company can decide to give it to u.

Go to the labour department and give an official complain.
