Besides spending plenty of time with friends and family, I recommend finding something else to focus you're attention on. I'm a bit of an escapist, so I would plan a trip to another country or even look at switching jobs or moving.

never take it personally. You are perfect in God/Allah's eyes. Your partner is working with their own things in the mind/heart, and its all about them. See to yourself, keep fit, keep active, eat healthily, and the rest will fall into place.

People come into your life for a reason, a season, or a lifetime... This was maybe just for a season.

All things happen for the good (hard to hear this at the time) but in hindsight one day you will say "thank you", and you will hopefully see the wisdom in it all.

would seem you now have more time to attend our QL events...;-)...

Hope it wasn't those that caused it.....

On a serious note...really sorry to hear this...

Some great tips from PM. Cant think of any thing to add on to that.

Try to keep yourself as busy as possible in a constructive manner - at work or with friends, social work, voluntary work.. meet new people.. etc.. and dont forget - pray to Allah!
