What to do?

I have recived a phone call from my husband but I can not speak to him and it seems he can not hear me. The funny thing is the number that came up on my caller id was a 777-777-7777. Could this be a calling card number? This looks like a number from he in America. What do you think?

777-777-7777 is one kind of net VoIP while it shall also called from a telephone machine that is supported net VoIP as well.

For instance, some telephone machine is made in Taiwan and you will find out that the number shown is begun with +886.
