I try to extend my son's visa for the 2nd time, went to the immigration they ask for my son's finger print so i went to CID and get it done. When I came back to immigration and process the visa they told me to go to the Labour department because my wife is not under my sponsorship (my wife is working here by the way). Is this a new policy? They did not ask for it the last time I extended my son's visa.
Hope you can help me cause i've been processing it for 3 weeks now.
