House Hunt - help!

At the moment my family are looking for a large house/villa in Qatar. My father has contacted many agents, but not many houses her seem to be for sale. Most of them are owned by companies, and they are very small but seem to have a large price-tag.
My father did have budget, but decided to blow it as he wanted to find a house that is suitable for the family. After about 2 weeks of waiting there finally was a house that sounded what we exactly wanted. It was priced 15 million riyals.!

what are we missing?

Brightstar – ’what are we missing?’ whatever it is everybody else is missing it too! I personally think the situation is just insane!

My tiny piece of crap apartment 1 hour from London cost me 180,000 pounds. That's 1.3 Million QR.

My father invested in the Lagoon project (I think it's called Lagoon) and paid 1million but prices have increased, but that could give you an estimation of a very good property.

The best thing to do is just get a phonebook and start dialing.
