1. 3000 QR - 5000 QR ( fully furnished studio appartments)
2. 3000 QR - 5000 QR ( un furnished 2 bed appartments)
3. 5500 QR - 7000 QR ( furnished studio appartments)
4. 5500 QR - 7000 QR ( un furnished 2 bed appartments)
And what is the process of getting and appartment like , you pay some amount up front e.g 6 months rent in advance. And what documents are required e.g. Residence permit / Letter from the employer.
the rent in that beverly hills and movenpick tower is not cheap ... it would be QR 16.000 and above. The compound would be the same. Last time i heard gulf helicopter was QR 12.000, but i guess it is more now. Hard to catch up with rent hikes... keep going up and up ...
if QIEC moving near Intercon ... there are some compound around there ... but it would be QR 25.000 and up for the rent. I dont think there are any apartment yet in that area.
U r talkin bout apts which are deadly expensive...bout 15000 for 1 bed...and so on...and they r quite close to the exhibition center and just for ur info the QIEC (Exhibition center is moving ) shortly nearer to the Intercon hotel...
