What's your IDEA of a "ROMANTIC" date?

azilana7037
By azilana7037

Men and women do have some dream "date" wanting/waiting to happen in their life. Not only the unattached/single folks have it...but also married couples do have their own secret heart's wishes. ;-P

Can't think of a topic at this time so let's go MUSHY again....lol

So, tell us GUYS how do you treat your ladies?

And LADIES...what would it be to tickle our fancies?

Oh yeah, I guess it is. Maybe we'll have to celebrate our 7th wedding anniversary this month (on the 27th). We've never really celebrated it in past years.

Even when dating, I never felt we did stuff that I would call romantic. We used to meet at the library, sit in the park together, and spend time in each other's presence.

But that's inter-cultural dating for you...never what you expect!

isn't it the same thing? To me the whole romance thing is about being in love which in turn means immense sexual attraction. Maybe I missed the point somewhere along the line.

I have seen one of the most beautiful crystal clear water here in Qatar but I am not willing to share it to you as I want to keep it to myself.

You do need a 4WD and the place is a bit hidden and I am not talking about the Inland Sea it is in the opposite direction. (well I could bring my own flowers eh)

I want something simple just as long as I am in love with the man that is a start.

I do love to wake up near the beach and see the sunset with some glasses of champagne with orchestra of birds singing to me. I love flowers so with fetals of roses around me will be nice.

Frank and Teresa on a date.. "If I were disfigured, would you still love me?" he asked her.

"Darling, I'll always love you," she said calmly.

"How about if I became crippled and couldn't hug you any more?" he asked nervously.

"Don't worry, darling, I'll always love you," she told him.

"Well, how about if I lost my job as vice president?" Frank went on, "If I wasn't pulling in six figures any more, would you still love me then?"

The woman looked over at her husband's worried face. "Frank, I'll always love you," she reassured him, "but most of all, I'll really miss you."

Well true in a sense - from a guys perspective - we also would feel strange if a lady goes all cheesy. But I think - the definition of " romantic" would vary from person to person and from couple to couple. Some people like all the cheesy stuff.. some like surprises..some like adventures..;-)

I hate romance. It makes me uncomfortable. I automatically think that if a guy is being romantic it means he's untrustworthy.

My ideal date is sitting down and having a couple of pints and a laugh.

THis is some thing that I would love to do for my LADY:- Arrange a surprise candle light dinner for her on the beach. No - not in one of those beach side restaurants. What I am talking about is getting a caterer from one of the hotels like InterContinental or Ritz and getting them to set up a table by the beach and have a full service dinner by the beach.

My ideal location would be some place like Khor- Al Udaid. But doubt if the caterers can reach there! Hence might need to settle for some other beach! :-)

hmmmmm...first of all the most important factor is it has to be with someone i have romantic inclinations to (if its not, everything he does would be considered mediocre)...next, i love surprises..good ones of course, whenever he says he has a surprise for me i get all worked up...ambience counts a lot, even if its just in his room by the coffee table with something he has whipped up all by himself,i would still consider it absolutely romantic... the important things is we're together and we're enjoying every moment of it ;-P

Ok, I got it.

Once you determine you are wasting your time with her.

Excuse yourself from the table, because of your healthy vowel movement and overdue healthy daily deposit.

Once done, return back to the table once you sanitize your self and smiling

Kiss her hand smoothly and Tell her:

"I'm sorry Darling", but I lost all interested accumulated tonight in this date. It has being discharge. The bill is on you and the taxi is waiting outside for your return home.

Well, I would try to do something special, not sure if my plans are any Romantic but let's give it a try.

Guess that I will also go with the same guys because both of us like the beach so much, will go on a picnic to the beach with our favorite dinner and I prefer something that I would cook for her, something that she likes to eat and I know that I'm good in preparing that.

After that will go to the beach, a place that has no one but me, her, the stars above us, the sea in front of us, the sand below us and no one behind us. If I look right I will find her beside me and if she looked left she will find me like always by her side. Both of us would forget about looking at my left side and she will forget about her right side, we found each other so why would we be looking around anymore?

After dinner and on our way back home, I would ask her which movie would she like to see for tonight. Actually there is no need to talk a lot about it because I know her favorite movie and already hiding that in the small car's drawer in front of her. I will ask her when she asks me about which movie would we watch tonight to open the drawer before answering her question.

Should have before some drinks and stuff that people normally eat while watching movies. Should be in a place that has low light and a cool, warm comforting environment. Having something on the dining table on the candles lights before going to bed, the table should had her favorite flowers and her favorite music should play in the background.

The bed is like 'Bon Jovi' said … 'I want to lay you on a bed of roses'… it should be covered with her favorite flowers too. Don't want to talk about the night, no details to be given here.

Waking up early next morning before her, preparing the breakfast and set the alarm after finishing that and prepare everything. Put a lot of stickers that has different phrases like: 'I Love you', 'How are you doing this morning?' 'Wake up and let the sun rise', 'Good Morning Sunshine' and some other stickers asking her to go to the dining room to find me there waiting for her with everything ready there. Wishing her a good morning and asking her to wash her face so we can eat, going back to find her nice and soft morning music playing there, having together a nice beginning for the day.

Good Night All

My idea if a romantic date would be something personal. My date would think of all the little things I like so I could tell he put thought into it. Not just a generic dinner and movie- maybe my favorite food packed into a picnic going to a beach and eating under the stars.

I like it when I can see the thought and planning, like he really took the time to do something he knew I would enjoy- makes me feel special.
