Recruitment Process in Doha

I simply need an idea from folks here. I've got job resposne from a company in Doha which have explained me three level process of recruitment. I've filled Questionare, that was level 1. On the basis of questionare, they've conducted a phone interview with me and I've cleared level two as well. Now, they are going to call me in Doha from my home country for a personel interview, which hopefully will be the last level.

I am confused about few things, in which I need suggestions.

1. Is it normal in Doha to finalize an individual to call him in-person for personnel interview?

2. They are asking for my educational certificates, experience certificates, reference letters and photographs, on psersonnel interview step. Are they going to hire me or these requirements are in general for all personnel interviews?

3. Do employers there, conduct physical before offering to an individual?

I will be glad to have your response for same.

Regards,
BlackZero

Not all companies work the same way. Many want to see certificates prior to offering.

Photographs would be necessary to arrange a visa.

No . once you are successful in an interview then they will ask for the documents and all info otherwise there is no hope.

Especially if you are joining an O&G company. If you are going to work for a supermarket then that would be over the top.
