How to ask your Boss for a salary increase..?
One day an employee sends a letter to Her boss asking for an increase in her salary !!!

The next day, the employee received a nice reply like this :

I kNOw what you have been working very hard. NOwadays, NOthing much has changed. You must have NOticed that our company is NOt doing NO ticeably well as yet .
NO w the newspaper are saying the world`s leading ecoNO mists are NO t sure if the United States may go into aNO ther recession. After the NOvember presidential elections things may turn bad .
I have NOthing more to add NOw. You kNO w what I mean .

It think the best way for a raise is to put advt. in paper saying
"2 room + attached bathroom QR50,000 p.m"
"1 studio type falt QR30,000 p.m" etc.
so that he knows that the rates are really skyrocketing.
cite inflation rate of 11.6% as a reason. if he/she cares he will understand and make at least 8% adjustment.
you want a salary increse to compensate your working time spending on QL? If I am your BOSS I will sack you right away.
