Require advise on job offer

I am a graduate mechanical engineer with total of 15 years of experience in the field of facilities maintenance in Gulf. I have been offered a job in a company with a monhly consolidated salary of QR 12500/- per month including all basic+accommodation+tpt+ medical for family+ annual passage.

Could some one advise me how is the offer; is this at par with the market salaries there in Qatar.

Will I be able to manage with my family (02 school going kids-7th Std. & 02nd std.)in this salary. I am basically from North India & my living standard is moderate, presently I am living in gulf.
