Can anyone tell me the reputation/goodwill of the commercial bank of qatar as a company and as an employer in the market. Any idea as to how do they treat their people etc?

But mostly that the employees are well taken care of...

Like all banks, there is bound to be disparity based on GRADE WHEN JOINING, Color of skin etc...

But on the whole, CBQ is a prefered employer in the BFSI segment.
