na you cant get back after 6 months. after completing 24 months out of Qatar than u may try getting back. right now only thing u can do is convince ur current sponsor to give u release.

Visa or residence permit? Did you ask this question in another post?

RP cancellation means you can't take up a job with another employer for 2 years unless your employer accedes to transferring the sponsorship.
