NEED YOUR ADVICE

My friend was offered to work in one of the Fast Food chain in doha and he just want to know if the salary offered to him is normal salary range for such position, before accepting the job.Thanks in advance for your comments and i really appreciate your help with this regard.
The letter from the company state as follows:
employment offer in our Organization as Assistant Restaurant Manager. You will be offered a consolidated salary of US$ 700/- per month.
Apart from salary, you will also be provided with
(a) Free Food

(b) Free sharing accommodation with electricity and water

(d) Free Uniform and Laundry facility

(e) Medical facility as provided by Qatar Government

No idea about restaurant managerial position, but personally i think that is quite low...
