Required advice on Job offer

Hi,
i got an job offer Instrument Design Engineer ( 15 years of experience)post for a basic salary of US$ 4000+ Food allowance US$ 200 + single bachlor accom+ free transport & other benefits as per qatar labour law.

i want to know the following:

1. Salary range is Ok for the above post?
2. How much i have to spend for 2BR house, living, cost for one child (5th standard-indian school)

Unfortunately my friend, salary and benefits depend in most cases on nationality.

Cut a long story short, 2 BR flat rent is at least 2000$. Decision is up to you.

I understand taht your total take home (including everything) shall be in the range of QR 20000/. As per your exp. it is not enough. Minimum should be 30000.
