Auto driving licence accepted
Hi,
does anyone know if Auto driving licence is accepted in Qatar?
Also, what are the transportation alternatives to taxis and buses as I've heard the former to be unsafe and latter unrelaiable?
Is Hiring a driver or co sharing a car possible? And what's the cost like?

auto licence not accepted in qatar. For a spore licence holder, you have to re-take the test again at the testing centre here.
Transportation, taxis (Karwas & private taxis). Its best to get a reliable driver (private) to go around..cost more. When are u relocating to Doha? If you have any questions drop me an e-mail...we have a Singaporean club here :) called the reddoters.

Taxis are not unsafe. Don't get that impression. It's absolutely untrue.
Yes you can hire a driver but it will cost you. Alternatively you can make deal with one of the limo companies but that, too, is expensive.
I take it you don't drive?
