Upcoming Events
If I've noticed one thing about Doha its that you only find out about an event After it's happened (i.e. powerboat racing, car racing, beach party/disco, cycle race...the list could be much longer). Let's all make an effort to update this post if we know of something interesting that's happening. Really I should come up with one to get it started, but somebody will have to help me there...

I'm afraid I don't know the way to the Al Jazi compound. Anyway, to keep this thread on the lines of its original intent, there are 2 days of Asian Womens Rugby Sevens this weekend (Fri, Sat, 1-8pm each day) at Doha Rugby club (behind Doha College). A 2-day ticket is QAR 40, and a 1-day ticket is slightly less. It will be a great atmosphere - sunshine, liquid refreshments, and no doubt a BBQ as well.
"Look at each day as a chance to invest life into life. A chance to share your experience and deposit it into someone else's conscience. Each day is a chance to work miracles in the lives of others." (Jim Rohn)
This sounds really cool! I'm still trying to figure my way around Doha. How would one get to the Al Jazi Compound?
