I have recently arrived in Doha, im working here for a couple of weeks and may have to extend my visit to a month, due to work commitments. I just wondered if there are any Ladies out there who would like to wine and dine me, I say ladies because men smell bad are generaly poor company. Im not after anything serious, just a laugh and good company.
can anyone suggest any exciting activities i can do in the Doha area?

What ilikechickenand...[name's too long to type in ;-)]was fishing for some friendship among ladies of his age range by sharing something they both like and/or enjoy doing. Whatever comes next is definitely up to them, right? (I bet someone will disagree and comment on this). Unfortunately, some people will automatically assume that it's just his way of finding a date (are you, really now?)
Cutesrk, with all due respect, I beg to disagree when you said "Western culture is frowned upon here in the Middle East except places like Dubai and others.....". It's just a matter of communication gap that's why the Middle easterners frown at the westerners. It has nothing to do with each other's culture. I hope I did not upset you coz I don't want to get on your bad side (I read what you write to some of the contributors who disagrees with you).
But, hey you're right too...TIME and PATIENCE (a lot heaps of it) is what one needs in any new place he is.
