Once you have qatar visa they don't care what other visa you have . no need to cancel your visa. come to qatar and submit your papers for processing RP. that's it. don't worry happy go lucky

Visa in Saudi Arabia is valid inside KSA jurisdiction only, likewise with Dubai also. Once you exit then thats the end of country responsibility.

What matters now is you have visa here in Qatar.

When they issue your residence visa here, they will cancel the residence visa of UAE. You dont have to worry about it.

Once you come here just make sure that the contract that you sign is same as the one offered to you initially.

No I am in UAE, and till now only recived the job offer which i have to sign now.

The only thing bottering me is, Without cancelling the work permit and residence visa of uae, will i get the proper residence visa of qatar? what law says about it ? It is still a delimma.

Not yet but i received my work visa already. your in qatar now? whats your company say about it?

You need to get in touch with the ministry and refer to them for a D9211 revB form and supplement it with a D3467 revb1. Stick these in a stamped address envelope and everything should be ticketyboo.
