That place you're talking abt is the music center, they usually open in the evening from 5 or 6 i think. more info on the web site.
If you find one or start one, let me know. Have been searching for a while.
I have tried there number several times, it either just rings out or goes onto an answer phone, I leave a message but no ones gets back to me
