the rents have really started comin down.....this is jus a move by the real estate companies to increase their profit

It may be a counter-PR to balance the noise of the rent coming down as the Ministry has started the issue of stabilizing the rent within the next few months.

But in reality, if you look at the classified ads section of Gulf Times alone, you'll probably notice a gradual decrease in the price of rents.

I can never afford to rent an office if the rent will raise as it is quite high already!!!
