Football - Any teams???

Good afternoon all. I am in Qatar currently until end of Feb then will be mobilising back in April for a minimum 12 months. I am already growing fat due to lack of exercise and too many client dinners and would love to join any football teams particularly 5-a-side. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
