Go to Najma near Cinema traffic lights and you'll find some places to buy the big gas cylinders, or if you're driving and see one of the cylinder distribution trucks call the number on the side. You can also go into pretty much any restaurant and ask them who their supplier is.

I drove around Aziziyah and actually found a shop selling the gas cylinders with the regulator, hose, etc. Thanks for all the help.
We went to the Industrial Area and bought the cilinder and the piece to change the hose.
