I think alot of the abusive people here are bullied at work and this is the only release they get before their boss comes and kicks their a$$es.

apparently there seem to be a rise in bullying cases, and it's not just ppl are becoming cry babies. but sometimes u'd think that most would be educated and know better...yet still could be cruel for no apparent reason...everyday, just for the heck of it...and in a workplace too.

a long process. I know a couple that had a similar problem, case is in the courts but is taking years. Nobody shows in the court when they should, etc etc.

a while back i read an article about a british lady who got over 600K GBP in a settlement with her previous employer. she'd been subjected to severe verbal abuse by her female coworkers and boss for several years. and when i say verbal abuse i do not mean cussing or colorful language..apparently they'd blow raspberries whenever she came into the room and gave her a hard time about it.
