It needs to be done with a needle you can not do it with a gun the only place you can use a gun for piericing is on the ears!

Navals are a bit different to ears, though, so if they hesitate before saying 'yes' when you ask if they do it, RUN!
Don't risk it - go to a decent place (if you can find one here) or wait till you are somewhere that DOES have a proper piercing salon.
as they do ear piercing, I think only the jewellers will be able to do this for you.
