well i hope they don't give it directly to lebanese authorities. cause if they are at all like the other arab governments chances are the funds will end up being siphoned before they reach anyone who actually needs them

well since that's where their last donations went i would say either directly to lebanese authorities or to the Lebansese Society for Children with Special Needs
