Mansoura is NOT near TV roundabout. Which do you want? Both areas are good to live in... both are close to the city. TV roundabout is closer to the sea, so perhaps a little more interesting as the Corniche has lots to offer. But driving distance between Mansoura and TV r'bout is approx 15 klms, although in traffic at peak periods, this can take 45 minutes to traverse.
If you're coming to Hamad Hospital, then you want to be near TV roundabout.
