she's very good in cutting layered hair as mine is layered and i wouldn't let anyone touch my hair. i tend to have wavy/frizzy hair so i need someone who knows how to work with this texture. she cuts it so that it lays nice..has volume cuz god knows i need all the help i can get :-)

I went in with very curly hair and asked Marie Claire, the hair dresser, to cut off ONE inch.
She cut at least two inches off the overall length. I already had long layers and she asked me if I wanted layers and ended up cutting VERY short layers. She also cut the very front much shorter than the rest of my hair and then straightened the whole thing. I can not wear it curly because it looks REALLY bad. I have to spend extra time straightening my hair, and it's not growing quickly at all. I can't put it in a pony tail yet, and she cut it three weeks ago.
If you see a girl around Doha that looks like she tried to give herself "the Rachel" at home, that's me.
You might try Coiffure Francaise at 468-9211. Their ad in Marhaba magazine says they are a l'Oreal salon. They are next to Gulf Crafts in the Haya Commercial plaza.

I believe the first proper L'oreal colour bar shall be at a new salon opening in a couple of months called Lucie Saint Clair.
For Nails, the best mani and pedi in town is Nails available at Royal Plaza and Four seasons. (I also think they have a branch at the intercon).
For waxing, you could also try Nails

Not sure whether they have loreal, but I know there's a French hair salon next to Nando's on Salwa road. Sorry, can't be of more help!
