swimming lessons for kids

I know this question has been asked several times on QL but there are always responses which look like they are from the reps at the swimming clubs.

I have 3 kids aged between 12 and 7, they have never been into water. I need them to learn swimming, I don't want them to be professional swimmer but they should be able to swim.

Can some parent on this forum suggest a good place and also give their experience and lessons learned.
