Good day to everyone...

Would like to have your kind opinion regarding my job offer. I am working with my current employer from Dec 2011 and my contract is of 2 years which will end Dec 2013. I got a good opurtunity in Qatar with another employer, so if my current employer is not ready to give me NOC then what are other options???

NOC is a must, else you have to quit...

none. you have to wait for 2 years or get an NOC.

Sadly, there are no fruitful options other than waiting for two years or convincing your CE to issue an NOC.
