Res. Permit Transfer after Marraige?

One my friend,s son married in Qatar. and now he has kid.
He is working in Qatar and wife is also in Qatar on father sponsor. They tried to transfer Residence Permit to her husband but rejected due to less salary from 10,000/=
Parents of both are working in Qatar on well Jobs.

My question is to Human rights that is it fare Law. Where she will go when her husband and parents are living in Qatar?

You (your friend) should know all such issues before marrying someone here. There are certain requirements here for getting family visa. If they want to have babies then they cannot stay here together unless they are eligible to get family visa.
