I just need opinion from u guys. I came here in qatar under visit visa as my husband cud not sponsor me due to salary limit and luckily I got work earlier than one month. I have not yet gained sponsorship from the compny but they already provided me a temporary visa for work. And when I took my medical exam, it was found out that I am pregnant. And now my compny refused to give me sponsorship as they said they adhere to the new rule in qatar that a pregnant woman shud be under husband sponsorship only. The only option they gave me now is to cancel me. But now they gave me a chance: (I wud work but leave the country 2 months before my delivery and wud come back here in qatar fter my rcovery in my own country & w/o the child but they wil not provide my expnses on my vacation). Is it a good option for me? Or what is the best option shud I do on my side.

I am assuming till delivery you will be working on temporary visa. In this case, story looks good till you leave the country for delivery, after that? You might face this problem.

1. Your company would not be able to issue you visa?

2. Your husband would not be able to sponsor you?

3. What about baby visa?

there are some conditions for baby visa.

1. Wife should have Valid Residence Permit

2. Wife should be under her husband sponsorship.

I hope you can understand, what situation you could face to get visa for baby.

I will suggest you to have valid RP, first priority Under your husband sponsorship Second priority your under your company sponsorship, this will make visa process easy for your baby. In other scenario long process for documentation and other requirements.

Hope it helps.
