Married and Pregnant but company refused to give allowance!
By thin-skinned •
hi everyone! I was living in our company accommodation when I was single but since I got married and is now pregnant of course I decided and requested my company to allow me to live outside but they rejected! Said I can live with my husband but they wouldn't give me any allowance. Is there any law or rights for a married and pregnant woman to fight for this issue?
Be tactful with the officials and assistants even to get any favour ...
Ask your husband to try from his company to take allowance .....
Its depend upon your company.
and secondly are you still under company Sponsor or your husband sponsor. either your new contract with company.
If you fight with company then should be that company terminate you. Or you loss this job.
ITS company choice if they give you or not. check your contract what you have signed

Some companies require you to finish out the year in the company accommodation before you can begin receiving the allowance - it should be outlined in your contract. An outright refusal does not sound legal.
I think the Leader of Qatar Foundation may have something too say to your company...
