Negotiation after succeeding F2F interview
Dears,
Hope you are doing great....
Now some companies in Qatar(specially Q-Companies) got a certain process to follow in offers. They simply provide an initial offer to any new hire before the final face to face interview in Qatar, and seem so vague about negotiating any of its terms whatever your performance was in the final interview.
My question to those who experienced such interviews, received an initial offer, and went for a F2F interview? Did anyone succeed in negotiating a little rise in the salary or a even minor change in any of the benefits(Transportation allowance, Educational assistance limit,etc....)
Appreciate all your valuable feedback guys...
What initial offer you had and agreed with is documented, i don't think there's no harm in trying but settle your mind with what u n the personnel agreed initially because that is the standing offer. f2f interview is a guarantee that u are about 95%percent absorbed in the company since they will spend for your 2-way air ticket plus hotel accommodation n meals.
The transpo and educational allowances are removed in the new HR Law but the offer or package is almost the same except for the educ allowance of children.
I want to delete this as it was generated by a system error but I could not!
Sorry for the duplication guys, really sorry...
