Hello good people.
Do you think 8000QAR/month (all inclusive) for Recruitment Assistant is enough or to much to ask?
How much is fair for 5 years admin assistant + 4 years customer service non-GCC work experiences?
i hope you can help me...
THANKS
It nice to be back reading all your comments guys.
I think Strom is connected with QBC, Aren't you Strom?hehehe

Strom,,,, Why you so excised, is she a relative ,, LOL :P
Anyway ,, Welcome to Qatar :)
QBC is a good company , with fairly good reputation in the market. work environment everything seems good ... negotiate a bit , but they have standard salary brackets .... so i guess grab it :-)
welcome to qatar!!!!!!!! :-)
Qbc is a good company
Land immediately at Doha ....
Recruitment is a very challenging job and for you to be considered for this role is a privilege considering that you don't have the experience.
Negotiating matters but experience in the line of work matters most. The offer is above average as their are Recruitment Assistant or even Recruitment Officers in big companies and/or recruitment agencies that are receiving less than your starting salary.
Take the job and surely you will love it. The pressure is there and so is the fulfillment.
Good Luck.
Thanks Mr. M.
I'm married. I know this question matters because correct me if i'm wrong but i have this thinking that company most often than sometimes based the salary package to how you negotiate with them not with the work experience or the profile of the company.
i want to base it with market salary or the company (QBC) profile?
Negotiation skills are just as neccesary as your work experience and qualifications.
Is it a good company?
It depends on how you manage your finances and savings.QRS 8000 is fairly a resonable salary if you are single.
