I really need help here about breaking into the manpower market. Traditionally Qatar gets its manpower from Asian and Europe/North America. We are a recruiting company registered in Sweden who wants to bring untapped human resources to Qatar who are also Native English speakers. Although we are new on the market our database is over 500 degree holding teachers, nannies and hospitality workers. Traditionally Jamaicans would go to the UK US and now Canada. My question is how does one goes about getting contact especially with schools and Hotels recruiting international staff? Do I need to also register my company in Qatar to offer services to Qatari residents and companies? Please advise needed. Our aim to to match employers with trained and experienced professionals from the developing word namely Caribbean
You not only need a partner, you will need the government to approve and provide visas for the nationalities you propose. Usually that is the deal-breaker. I can't see the government as eager to change it's policy for one company. Sorry.

Thank you very much. We stand out since all our workers are native speakers and degree holding. I just need to research about finding a partner. Thanks again.
Yes, you will need to register yourself in Qatar and to my knowledge this can be done only with a Qatari partner. However, you must keep in mind that there already several companies operating here for quite some time and they have their own share of the market which is pretty small, yet growing.
Try your luck and all the best.
