Emergency or Exit require to join Qatar from Saudi

Hi, One of my friend is working in Saudi and he got good job in Qatar.

Can he leave Saudi on emergency leave and join the in Qatar, or its important to take final exit from Saudi.

Please help to find the answer at earliest, it matter of his job!!!

If he is coming here to stay permanently, I guess he would need to exit from S Arabia permanently. Ask him to check with his colleagues in Saudi Arabia also.

As salam aliakum,

There is no need for Exit, person can go to qatar on emergency leave and can come back to saudi after some time.....
