Do they normally eat if it is a sandwich?

If you take holidays few days before and after Eid , Do they cut your pay on Eid Holidays as well?

not with us...

EID Holidays are not being cut... only the days that you spend more than allowed.

no, they will not cut, EID holidays are anyway payable.

check your HR policy...management RULES applied but labor laws allows such leaves

It is really insane if they eat our sandwiches. No logic at all.

sandwhich leave is not applied on public holidays in our company ...

but in many companies it is applied and calculated, if taken with annual leave

and at times if somebody is absent after public holiday... 2 days salary is deducted ( in some companies or approved otherwise)
