PERMIT EXIT FOR THE BABY

I need help. i have 3 months old baby she was born here in qatar. the problem is my husband is not here and i'm planning to send my baby in my country, supposedly last Saturday is her flight with my mother, but the immigration officer offload her asking for some document. kindly help me how can i get a exit permit for her. we came to immigration i spend 2 days going and going without any good result. please help me what can i do. please help me.. do i need to go CID office again and show the ticket or what. because i get the birth certificate of my baby in CID OFFICE.

Go back to immigration, apply to get a visa, tell them you will bring home the baby and visa was rejected, show them the plane ticket and tell them baby was offloaded as they are looking for a visa reference. If they could give you a temporary visa.

I think No need of Exit Permit for Babies. Please check with Immigration Dept. or with any Travel Agents.

You need to go to embassy, I believed you will be needing an affidavit to support for your mother that she will be the guardian while travelling to Philippines it must be attested by both DSWD and Embassy and CID. just go Embassy for more details..
