your visa will be automatically cancel after 6 months, then you can have another visa (e.g. visiting, tourist or business). if you are thinking to get a new employer. you can do it only if you can provide an NOC.
Without any criminal or civil case such thing... you will not be ban to any GCC.
After 6 months you can get new visa only if your visa is cancelled and you have NOC from your existing Sponsor.
You must cancel your RP & go back. otherwise you will get life ban in GCC. Then you must get NOC, if you want to come back to Qatar. For other countries, no need.
