Dear Q'lers,

Has anybody out here been to MALDIVES??

I want to know which is the best resort or hotel(not too expensive, but affordable worth every penny)

Also which is the best time to visit MALDIVES.

in may i had a visit to maldives,stayed in paradise island resort and spa,one of the best resort over there i would say,food & hospitality too good!!!if you are going give it a try.......

They said the ideal time to visit Maldives is during the months of December to April. It is the peak time for resorts therefore very expensive. I went there last year in August and since it is off season we got 50% off from the actual rate. Just be aware that the currency used by most of the hotels are in US dollars.

Diragu island or luhuhifushi are the best island there. Very less expensive also
