Can apply for saudi family visa in qatar?

Hello all,
I am working here in Qatar in a company. I joined here in last april. I already got my RP (qatar ID). I have another better offer from Saudi Arabia and accepted already. I am planning to join there in the middle of August. My family joined with me now here in qatar and I still need to submit thier documents (passport etc. ) for getting thier RP. I just want to know that whether I can submit thier passport to Saudi embassy (for getting saudi visa with my passport) before submitting to qatar immigration.
For getting my RP, it is already taken around 1 month. So I may have only short period to get saudi visa if I submit thier documents now to qatar. I also need one month to give resignation notice to give my company after getting saudi visa.
I am also thinking that the whole visa process will be slow during Ramadan.

u should get rp from saudi then u apply ur family visa from saudi.do not be confuse to much
