Strange that the company your joining don't have ladies visa from the Philippines. If your transferring your sponsorship to a new company & also provided that you get a release from your previous sponsor, then no need for a new visa, the old visa will just be transferred to your new sponsor. What work visa you have will just be transferred, so if your work visa is a waitress then it will be same on the new sponsor. Worse scenario would be, that they change their mind in hiring you. Anyway, if your new visa will take time & you need to renew your old visa, just ask you old sponsor to renew it & the expenses to be paid by your new sponsor, that is if really they want to hire you.

hi Kabibi,

The point here is not how long does it take to reapply the VISA, rather it is the availability of VISA required. In your case, anyways the VISA is going to expire shortly. Consider pushing the mandoop of your present company to deal / negotiate with the govt. authorities instead of exploring the option to rejoin the previous organization. I am sharing the same with you basis my experience in HR in hospitality industry itself in Doha.

Trust that would help
