Can I work for other company rather than my sponsor's one if he dont have any objection?

Hello Everybody, I have landed in Doha almost three months back. I have been getting plenty of good opportunity from various companies to work with. And my sponsor don't have any objection regarding my work with others. Now I really need to know if there is any way by which I can work in other company without transferring my sponsor but ofcourse having a NOC even before one year completion of my current visa??? No one could give me accurate suggestions as Labor law of Qatar is hardly known by expats. Thanks in advance..

If it is part time yes you can.

You need one year residency before you can transfer even if you have an NOC. However, you can negotiate for an EARA from your current sponsor if your next employer will accept this condition.

EARA is a document from your present sponsor allowing you to work in another company without any objection from him.

There are companies that will accept this condition because of legal constraints.
