I got a job offer from Qatar Airways in the procurement department and the package is around 7600 QAR including housing and travel allowance.. I would like to know whether this salary is good enough for a bachelor to lead a moderate life in Qatar.

Can someone tell me the best location to look for a house as I will be working near Doha Bank. Also, average rent for accomodation. Looking for a 1 to 2 BHK.

Bit low offer...Rents are quite high here..Prices of daily commodities are neither low..

Since you are fresher i should say it is a good salary. Moreover QA is a reputed firm.For rent and Accommodation you may need maximum 3000 QR.Still you can save 4000+.

much better compared to some expats recieving QR2000 but working 12-14 hours a day.

Hardly enough... rent is high... more than half of your money will be spent on rent... so it would be hard to survive
