Tenancy Contract for Family visa
I applied for family visa and it was rejected. They gave me appointment date in next month. For tenancy contract I submitted one of our company agreements but it was just expired when I submit the application. I asked from company to renew the agreement but now they are not willing to renew it. I have personal tenancy agreement which was approved by baladiya. Can I submit this one on appointment date? And are they required electricity bill also on my name?

You can submit your tenancy contract if they ask. Actually electricity bill under your name is required; I think you can try without this.
