Jobs in Private hospitals or clinics

Hii all, I am a MBBS graduate from India, I have finished all my USMLE Steps ( 1, 2, 3) and have some clinical experience both India and USA, we are planning to relocate to Qatar, can anyone please give me some information regarding job opportunities for MBBS graduates in Qatar as general practitioners or residents in private clinics and hospitals in qatar..is residency permit compulsory to work in Qatar..please share any info regarding this
