can i appoint a person to attend my court case on behalf of me during my absence in doha?

An Omani obtained sum of money promising to sell his car.later, he is hiding without any answer.So, i needed to seek police action on him. as per police, he is living in Doha and he can't leave the country without settlement.

The case already in the court.so far, he didn't appear in front of the judge.

in this context, i got some emergency to leave the country for good and seeking your advice how i have to meet this situation?

Yes possible.. prepare authorization letter and then get it sttested from ministry of justice.. both should be present in ministry of justice with original id's
