Dear Brothers and sisters

one of my friend living in qatar from last 9 years,
now he want to resign his job and he need some help from your all, the thing the current company of him will not pay any leaving salary or any benefits to him if he go by cancelled or by resign, so how can he collect the all things including the benefits, if he filed the case how long it will be taken to finish the case? because he have two small kids so that he worried about to file the case so please update the all things i just requesting the friends who having more experience please help me on this
