TO THE CONCERNED AUTHORITIES
Many times I've seen sales executive stopping you at Al Meera - Mansoura while you exit. Sir, we have a great offer - 1+1 free buffet only register with QR100 and some coupons will be given free.
Looking at the offer I was pleased more than an offer I could see his sad face if I rejet the offer. Hence, I went for the offer. Although he doesn't have permission from legal authorities to work as Sales Executive still he and Hotel could manage to do it.
Next week we proceeded the Coral Hotel - JASMINE for Dinner buffet 20:30:00 hours, at the reception they said, Sir, this is all what we have in food else please come tomorrow early.
I was so embarassed, making all the way and plan for a lovely dinner , and you receive such response.
Anyways, the food was not warm forget being hot. Grilled chicken as mentioned on tag was torn apart. Hardly any curry, etc. etc.
I could realise that how in the name of marketing these companies and hotels are making money out of nothing.
I wish this letter reach the concerned authorities.
These Coral Hotel guys also visit homes and irritate at sleeping time on weekends.
Coral Hotel should be taken to task by the concerned authorities to stop this kind of marketing.
